Arts administrator (part time)

Hours/contract type:                     21 hours per week (3 days) / Permanent

Accountable to:                             Head of Arts      

Salary:                                            £23,000 (PA pro rata)

Imperial Health Charity Art Collection has established a reputation as one of London’s leading hospital art collections.  The team also manages an arts programme, committed to engaging patients, staff and visitors with both visual art and the wider arts.  We are seeking a highly organised, creative and motivated individual to join the team as our arts administrator.  The successful candidate will support both the curatorial and participatory programmes and assist with team administration.  This would be an ideal job for someone who is looking to build on their office experience with a view to a career in the arts.

Office Manager

Hours/contract type:                     35 hours per week

Accountable to:                             Chief Executive      

Salary:                                            £35,000 (Plus pension, generous holiday entitlement and other benefits)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to manage the administration and office of a major healthcare charity. The charity has recently re-located to premises in Edgware Road and requires someone to manage the day to day running of the charity office and ensure that it operates smoothly and efficiently. 

This role is an excellent chance to use your considerable experience and skills of office management and support of a Chief Executive and Trustee Board.  You will provide strong leadership and vision in the development and implementation of effective strategies, procedures and systems. You will be confident and have experience of managing committees and working with people from all walks of life, be flexible and have the drive and determination to achieve results. You will be the first port of call to all incoming telephone and email enquiries and be an ambassador representing the Charity in a professional and efficient manner.
